Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an all-members meeting where changes to our policies and procedures are proposed, and the next Board of Directors is elected. Members are strongly encouraged to attend unless unable to do so, in which case a proxy should be assigned. The meeting cannot proceed without quorum.

The meeting occurs in June.

Traditionally the AGM has been a potluck party, however COVID has affected this. Hopefully the 2023 AGM will be back to this standard.
