The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an all-members meeting where changes to our policies and procedures are proposed, and the next [[Board of Directors]] is elected. Members are strongly encouraged to attend unless unable to do so, in which case a proxy should be assigned. The meeting cannot proceed without quorum.
The meeting occurs in June.
Traditionally the AGM has been a potluck party, however COVID has affected this. Hopefully the 2023 AGM will be back to this standard.
