Board of Directors
The Board of Directors maintains and implements Kwartzlab procedures, Rules and Policies.

Board Meetings
The board meets at 7pm on the second Thursday of each month. Typically this is done on-site, however COVID has moved meetings online via Zoom. The board shall notify the membership of any scheduled board meetings, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Ad hoc board meetings, which may be called on demand if all directors are present, are not subject to advance notice.
All members are welcome to join the board meeting and bring topics to discuss or simply listen.
Election of the Board
The Board of Directors is elected annually at our Annual General Meeting. Each director is elected for a one-year term, and the Board appoints those elected to the Roles on the Board of Directors. Nominations for the Board of Directors is announced before the AGM. Members can self-nominate, or nominate another member via the member list email or using the Nomination Form.
